Little installation and tuning effort
The nozzle is directly screwed into the manifold and is available as a ready-to-install system. With this melt channel geometry and the innovative heating technology the processing of nearly all plastic types and a large application spectrum from 3 g up to 2000 g is possible (relating to low-viscosity materials). Also, there are at least 8 different kinds of gates available for this nozzle series.
Quick color change
For the RX gates,the sealed area is directly in the gate area. It means the volume of plastics in the ante-chamber is at a minimum. This construct allows for a fast color change and prevents heat damage to residence-time critical plastics.
Short servicing and maintenance intervals
Special wiring allows for front-sided heater removal. Hence,the heater can be removed without disassembling the hot runner system. This shortens maintenance works and ensures a complete partitioning of the nozzle towards the hot runner manifold. This solution reduces repair costs in the event of a flooding.
Little heat transfer to the mold gate
For the RX gate type, the ante-chamber sealing element consists of a titanium alloy with 2 sealing faces. This means for you:
   1. short cycle times
   2. no string-like residue
   3. Process-safe processing of heat-critical plastics (e.g. PBT/POM homo-polymer)
In addition, 2 sealing faces guarantee a reliable seal also when repeatedly installing and removing.
You save production cost (DO, DFX)
The injection area is manufactured as a continuous bore in the mold, and standardized and screwed-in nozzle heads spare you expensive special tools.
